Details : FHV2021 Overview of Vickers Hardness Image Measuring System:
The FHV2021 Vickers hardness image measurement system integrates multiple latest professional technologies such as optical imaging, mechanical displacement, electronic control, digital imaging, image analysis, computer processing, etc., digitally imaging the hardness indentation on the computer screen, and then through automatic reading, Manual reading and other means can accurately measure the microhardness of metal and some non-metallic materials, various films and coatings, the depth of the hardened layer, the thickness of the film, the distance between two points, etc. It can also photograph the topography of the metal surface and perform fixed-magnification printing. This system breaks through the traditional hardness test method and realizes fast, high-precision, and highly repeatable hardness test. It is an important equipment for material analysis.。
Main Function:
1、Image acquisition: real-time display of hardness images, images can be stored and printed.
2、Automatic measurement: automatically find the four vertices of the indentation, fast speed, accurate data, there are a variety of professional algorithms to apply different indentation.
3、Diagonal measurement: Tap the upper left and lower right corners of the indentation to read the hardness value.
4、Four-point measurement: Take the four vertices of the indentation and read the hardness value. 
5、Hardness conversion: According to national standards, automatic conversion of Brinell-Rockwell-Vickers hardness values and real-time display.
6、Calibration settings: two calibration methods: test card calibration and hardness block calibration.
7、Graphic report: Automatically record measurement data, automatically generate hardness-depth curve, save or print hardness-depth curve and indentation measurement value. Save or print the indentation image and the current indentation hardness value. All reports are saved as WORD documents.
8、Data statistics: Export the measurement results of multiple indentations in EXCEL data format, and automatically count the number of measurements, maximum hardness, minimum hardness, average value, mean square error, etc.

9、Measuring the depth of the hardened layer: quickly set the coordinate parameters and automatically calculate the layer depth corresponding to the interpolation hardness.
