The machine is a wet grinding machine, which uses different sizes of metallographic sandpaper,to polish a variety of metal and alloy samples. The use of this pre-mill, not only to improve the efficiency of sample preparation by mechanical polishing instead of manual operation, but also completely removel of plastic deformation and surface heating traces of the sample during specimen cutting, for microscopic determination of structure after further polishing.

Overview of structural features

In the pre mill work,the cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating disc through rotary water nozzle, the sandpaper under the action of atmospheric pressure can be close to the disc, so do not need to sandpaper bonding or clamping. The machine is equipped with beautiful and practical FRP shell, the use of stainless steel standard parts and the body will never rust, which greatly enhanced the use of the product performance,making the machine to become the ideal pre-grinding equipment.
